Sample Report
This report is representative of what you might receive. Some homes have only a few or minor problems - others have many or major ones. All homes are thoroughly inspected. Every client receives a full, signed report.

Standards of Practice-House
The Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors have a Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics which guides its members and defines our duties. Please download the appropriate copy of the Standards, read and initial it to comply with Section (1) 1 of the contract. I will be happy to answer any questions about the Standards
