Bookings

I understand that time is limited in real estate transactions. I make my time as flexible as possible and will work with you to make a booking. I do need daylight to examine a home however.

I ask that you visit the 'Download' page and download the 'Contract' and appropriate 'Standards of Practice' PDF documents. Please read both carefully as they affect both parties’ rights, responsibilities and liabilities. Please note that this will be a visual inspection and does not constitute a guarantee. I'll bring copies to the inspection for you to sign. If you want me to send a copy of the finished report to your realtor, please tick the permission check box on the second page - realtors need the report for discussions and/or negotiations. The ‘Standards’ are my association's minimum requirements for an inspection although I might exceed them - by testing appliances for instance. Rates

$325 for a house up to 1500 square feet.

$300 for a townhouse up to 1500 square feet.

$275 for a condominium up to 1500 square feet.

$ 25 for each additional 500 square feet or portion.

$ 25 for an added suite.

Any ferry fares will be charged at cost. The above rates include a garage – attached or separate. They also include a small pump house if needed. Other separate buildings such as workshops or guest cottages, done at the time of the main inspection, are charged out at $75 for a structure up to 500 square feet with additions as noted above.
