Wow! I am very surprised to see such a well conducted and long written inspection in my email box this morning! You must've worked very hard to have this done in this manner for me. I will recommend you and have a couple of your cards on hand. I am happy you found a good number of small things which means you did a great examination, It looks like I have some work cut out for me but am very happy the house appears to be solid with repairs minor for the most part.  I appreciate your full listing of notable problems with pictures that I will use as a "Honey do" list!
